Maplewood Trail Center

Learn about many of the wild edible opportunities that the outdoors have to offer.  There will be a brief presentation on seasons, habitats, good harvest practices, and preservation.  We will head out on a road trip to search for some of the things discussed.  We will meet back to cook and sample some of the edibles found.

Bring:  basket or bag for edibles, bug spray, wear clothing to walk in the woods, small knife.

Greg Stetz will be the instructor.  Meet at the Maplewood Trail Center.  No charge for this activity, but you will need a Maplewood Park pass.
